By agreeing to these terms you have agreed to have the selected product kit shipped to you each month on the 5th and have your credit card charged by appropriate fee plus shipping and handling. The current month's product will be posted on the website http://www.heartstringdesigners.com by the 25th of the previous month. You will have 5 days to review the product and decline the product prior to shipment. Once the product is shipped normal refund policies will apply. Heartstring Designs will refund any unopened product in like new condition that is returned within 10 days of shipment. If product is opened or used in any way we will not accept the return. Shipping and handling will not be refunded on any returned product.
